Halloween is getting close so I better get Dandy prepared...

Dandy is a Cradily, the barnacle pokemon? Wait, barnacles are not plants... ffff I failed, well it's the only 'dead' grass pokemon I could think off vOv
And his "flower accessory" is trying to look like a Skulltulla I guess?

Ghost pokemon are really easy to make creepy, even when you don't even try |3
also something I noticed when drawing him (aka.: when it had no colors) is that this costume kind of reminds me of 's character Imp [link] with the eyes on the hood and the tentacle like things *shot*
