Mugen - The Fighting type Porygon

Mugen is docile most of the time, but likes a good fight, he is the owner of the "Gym Factory" area of my boxes where he trains other pokemons that like to fight.
His robotic eyes give him the ability 'keen eye', which makes it impossible to lower his accuracy.
He has a cannon on his chest that shoots powerful egg bombs.
